Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of Rain Co Designs products, there is a no return/refund policy. That being said, I stand behind everything I sell, and your satisfaction is my priority. If you are not in love with your purchase for whatever reason, please reach out via email so we can work on a resolution that works for both of us. In any event, the item must be unworn and unwashed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival (within 48 hours of delivery) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
